What these officials are seeing is the result of our free economy. &quot;Ingenuity, quick thinking, and problem solving&quot;--students must be dragged kicking and screaming (metaphorically, of course) into any activity in the classroom beyond parroting back information. I&#039;m referring to the average student here, not the highly motivated one.</description>
